Our commercial and residential property investors have online access to review monthly reports, real time operating statements and ongoing maintenance service calls. We remain in constant communication with our clients, informing them of any relevant developments and reporting results. In addition, all tenants (commercial and residential) have access to their own individual tenant portal where they can schedule, submit and track rent payments, submit service requests, and communicate with management, at any time.
